toucher, hot air balloon expert, business hero and great friend!!! He owns this lake side home in Wayne, New Jersey, where he knows how to relax...
Even Sam enjoys the electric, motor-only, lake...Sam started out this afternoon as a passenger, promoted quickly to first mate, and now has become the assistant captain...perhaps soloing tomorrow...but we'll see. Ben has been on this lake before (living in the house for a month or two while working for Howie's Balloon Festival)...and the full moon rise and fireflies are spectacular...but that's not all...
As we started out from the dock, it was a great photo op for Howie's house and boat dock...
But this dead, sob, turtle floated by and created a lake dilemma as no one could figure out how this came to be...

And after cruising for an hour or so to enjoy the sunset, we returned to a gourmet
Caprese salad
ala Peggy
Followed by perfect Tenderloin (
filet)...like
budda baby...
and the sauce for zucchini pappardelle...(Christine...it was top notch). we bought the fresh vegetables from the Amish farm this afternoon...yummy!
Coupled with a
Dehlinger Pinot and some great conversation, and we were ready to rest up for another lake, bicycle, hiking kinda day...or we may choose to go into the big city for the afternoon...we'll let tomorrow's weather help us decide...miss you all...Blessings!
